On November 3rd, Macy Livingston traveled to Round Rock Texas to compete in the 2018 State Cross Country meet. With 149 competitors, she came out 61st. It was a tough run but Macy had an amazing year. Next year looks ,even more, promising for the Medina Valley Cross Country teams.

Look out for the Panther Cross Country team next season!

“ Overall this season was a really good experience and I did not finish as well as I would have liked but that drives me for next season to practice harder,” said Sophomore Macy Livingston

“ While I was watching Macy, I was worried for all the high ranked runners of the state. When she lined up on the line, she was next to one of the top runners in the state and I was so nervous for her. Then when she started to run I felt better about her run; when she was in the middle pack moving up I felt a lot better.” said Sophomore Seth Hernandez.
